BALLPARK SECURITY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure the safety of our fans, players and associates, the following security measures are in place for all events at the ballpark. Dwyer Stadium has a clear bag policy. Clear bags are only allowed to enter through the front gates. Clear bags are subject to inspection at the front gates upon entrance.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS NOT ALLOWED IN DWYER STADIUM.
NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED IN DWYER STADIUM.
You will NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the ballpark with the following items: weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms and knives, toy guns and knives (including water guns), unmanned aerial vehicles, fireworks, glassware, silverware, flasks, cans, coolers, nets, luggage, backpacks baseball bats, sticks and clubs, laser devices and pointers, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, hoverboards, wheeled shoes, beach balls and other inflatables, airhorns and artificial noise makers, selfie sticks.
No items, including those not permitted by Ballpark Policy, will be stored at the ballpark during events.
Any item, worn or carried in, that can reasonably be deemed as dangerous or could potentially endanger the safety of other guests and ballpark personnel will NOT BE PERMITTED. Also, the wearing of clothing with offensive or objectionable language may result in the refusal of entrance into or ejection from the ballpark.
BAG POLICY Bag Limits/Allowable Items
Dwyer Stadium has a clear bag policy. All bags of any size must be clear. All bags must be stored under the seats during the game. Backpacks are not permitted into Dwyer Stadium for Muckdogs games.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Batavia Muckdogs have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
- Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member or at Guest Services located at concession stand.
